How we work for you after you place an order

Ordering oncology medicine is only the start. At Critical Kare Pharma, a named care coordinator picks up your order in our CRM, verifies your address, sends payment details, confirms payment, ships with tracking, supports you until the box is in hand — then checks on your health and family on day 15 and day 30, and stays with you for the refill when the next cycle is due.

Our shop, office, and warehouse

Your order is not sitting in a shared inbox. It moves through these rooms — the counter, the care desk, the racks, and the packing table — until the box is on a courier.

Patient care journey

Every order is a person our team stays with

This is the real sequence after you order cancer or specialty medicine with us — contact, address verification, payment, shipping, support, delivery confirmation, day-15 and day-30 check-ins, then refill support for the next cycle.

  1. Step 01 · Care CRM
New order appearing in the Critical Kare Care CRM orders list
Patient placing an oncology medicine order at home

Step 01 · The moment you order

    You place your order

Browse authentic oncology and specialty medicines, upload a valid prescription where required, and place the order on our secure shop. The order appears immediately in our patient-care CRM so a named coordinator can pick it up — not a generic inbox.

  2. Step 02 · Care CRM
Critical Kare Care CRM order with Team follow and Chat WhatsApp
Care coordinator speaking with a patient on a headset

Step 02 · Usually within a few hours

    Our team contacts you

A real person from our care desk reaches you on WhatsApp or phone. We introduce ourselves, confirm who the medicine is for, and explain every step that follows. You are never left wondering whether anyone saw the order.

  3. Step 03 · Care CRM
Critical Kare Care CRM shipping address confirmed on WhatsApp
Care team confirming an international shipping address

Step 03 · Before any payment request

    We verify your shipping address

International specialty medicine cannot be casually re-routed. We confirm the exact home, hospital, or clinic address, recipient name, and reachable phone so customs and the courier can deliver without delay or loss.

  4. Step 04 · Care CRM

    Coordinator sending official payment instructions

Step 04 · After address is confirmed

    We send secure payment details

Only then do we send official payment instructions — Wise, bank wire, or the method you chose — with a matching commercial invoice. Pay only the details on that invoice. If anyone else asks you to pay, stop and message us.

  5. Step 05 · Care CRM

Accounts team matching a bank transfer to the invoice

Step 05 · Before packing begins

    We verify your payment

Our accounts desk matches your remittance to the invoice. You receive written confirmation when payment is cleared. No box is packed until the amount, reference, and patient name line up.

  6. Step 06 · Care CRM

Pharmacy staff packing a cold-chain medicine shipment

Step 06 · Typically 1–3 working days after clearance

    We ship your order

Medicines are batch-checked, packed, and handed to a tracked courier. Cold-chain products travel in insulated shippers with gel packs and a temperature logger. You get the tracking number the same day we dispatch.

  7. Step 07 · Care CRM

Pharmacist on a support call after dispatch

Step 07 · From dispatch until after delivery

    You get full pharmacist support

Storage questions, customs papers, clinic drop-off, or a delayed flight — our pharmacists stay on WhatsApp and phone. This is care coordination. It does not replace your treating oncologist.

  8. Step 08 · Care CRM
Critical Kare Care CRM order marked Delivered
Coordinator confirming the patient received the shipment

Step 08 · When the courier marks delivered

We confirm it arrived and you received it

We do not close the file when a tracking page says delivered. We personally ask: did you receive the box? Is the seal intact? Did the clinic or family member accept it? If something is missing, we stay on it.

  9. Step 09 · Care CRM
Critical Kare Care CRM family care emails for the day-15 health check-in
Care coordinator on a 15-day health and family check-in call

Step 09 · About 15 days after delivery

Day 15 — we ask about your health and family

Two weeks later we check in — how are you feeling, how is the family, did the cycle go as planned. It is a human call, not a sales script. If you need the next pack or have a storage question, we are already here.

  10. Step 10 · Care CRM
Critical Kare Care CRM day-30 recovery check-in
Care team in a quiet day-30 wellness moment

Step 10 · About 30 days after delivery

Day 30 — health check, and we pray for you

At one month we ask about your health again. Quietly, and with respect for every faith, our team also holds you and your family in prayer.

  11. Step 11 · Care CRM
Critical Kare Care CRM refill order support with next-cycle reminder
Coordinator opening the next-cycle refill in the CRM

Step 11 · After day 30, when the next cycle is due

    We support your refill order

If the next cycle is due, the order stays in our Refill due queue. We send a refill reminder, open the next order in the CRM, confirm the prescription, and walk you through address, payment, and shipping again — so you do not start from zero.

Address before money

We lock the delivery address before we send payment details, so the box can actually reach you.

Delivery is not a tracking page

We ask if you received it, if the seal is intact, and if the clinic or family accepted the box.

Still here on day 15 and 30

Health, family, and a quiet prayer from our team, with respect for every faith.

Refill support after day 30

When the next cycle is due, we remind you, open the next order, and walk it through again.

Questions about how our team works

Straight answers on contact, payment, delivery, and follow-up.

A named care coordinator usually reaches you on WhatsApp or phone within a few hours of the order, and the same working day in most cases. You will see the order in our CRM immediately — it is not sitting in a shared mailbox.

Follow-up calls are care coordination, not medical advice. Always follow your treating oncologist for dosing, side effects, and whether a cycle should continue.

Ready when you are

Place the order. Our team takes the rest.
