What documents do I need to import cancer medicine into the USA?
US personal importation of a prescribed medicine is typically a 90-day personal supply for the named patient, with a valid US or treating-oncologist prescription, invoice, and product identity (batch / CoA when requested). FDA does not “approve” foreign pharmacies in the way people assume — you still must follow personal-importation policy and your state’s medical advice.
