What should I do if my cold-chain medicine box feels warm?

Do not infuse or inject the product until a pharmacist or clinic pharmacist reviews it. Photograph the outer box, gel packs, and the temperature logger display or printout. Keep the vial in the refrigerator if the logger is still in range; if the logger shows a freeze or prolonged heat excursion, quarantine the vial. Message CriticalKare with the order number. Many excursions are still within validated limits — only the logger plus the product insert decide that, not how the cardboard “feels.”
