Infigratinib tablets contain the active ingredient Infigratinib, a targeted anticancer medicine used for the treatment of cancers with specific fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) genetic alterations. It is primarily indicated for adults with previously treated, unresectable or metastatic

cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) harboring an FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement.

Infigratinib works by selectively inhibiting FGFR1, FGFR2, and FGFR3, thereby blocking abnormal signaling pathways that promote cancer cell growth and survival. This targeted action helps slow disease progression and may reduce tumor size.

• Take Infigratinib tablets orally exactly as prescribed by your healthcare professional.
• Swallow the tablets whole with water; do not crush, chew, or split them.
• Take the medicine with or without food, following the prescribed treatment schedule.
• If a dose is missed or vomiting occurs after taking a dose, follow your physician's instructions and do not take an extra dose unless advised.

Serious:

Serious side effects such as retinal disorders or severe hyperphosphatemia require immediate medical attention.

Hyperphosphatemia (high phosphate levels)

Fatigue

Nail disorders

Dry mouth

Diarrhoea

Stomatitis (mouth sores)

Dry skin

Alopecia (hair thinning)

Decreased appetite

Eye disorders, including dry eyes and blurred vision

Infigratinib may interact with the following:

• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, clarithromycin)
• Strong CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., rifampicin, phenytoin)
• Proton pump inhibitors and other acid-reducing agents
• Phosphate-lowering medications

These interactions may alter the effectiveness of treatment or increase the risk of adverse effects.

• Store in a dry place away from excessive heat.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Regular monitoring of serum phosphate levels is recommended throughout treatment.
• Undergo routine ophthalmologic examinations to detect any vision-related complications early.
• Maintain adequate hydration and good oral hygiene during therapy.
• Inform your healthcare provider immediately if you experience vision changes, severe eye pain, or persistent mouth ulcers.
• Do not discontinue treatment or change the prescribed dose without consulting your physician.
