Colorectal cancer medicines

Metastatic colorectal cancer treatment depends on RAS/BRAF, MSI status, and prior therapy. We highlight biologics we stock; chemotherapy backbones are clinic-administered and not listed as a complete protocol here.

Bevacizumab (Avastin) is commonly combined with chemotherapy in eligible metastatic colorectal cancer.

Immunotherapy such as pembrolizumab may be used in MSI-high / dMMR colorectal cancer when the oncologist selects it.

Anti-EGFR antibodies are not listed here unless we stock them — do not assume cetuximab from this page.
