What is Tagrisso (Osimertinib)?

Osimertinib is taken by mouth, usually once daily, only if EGFR testing supports it.

Heart rhythm and lung-inflammation monitoring are clinic responsibilities. Report new shortness of breath urgently to the treating team.

Do not split or substitute doses without the oncologist. 40mg and 80mg packs are different strengths.

Does Tagrisso need a fridge?
No. Store tablets as on the pack (typically room temperature, dry). We still use tracked shipping so customs and heat in transit are controlled.
Can I order Tagrisso without EGFR results?
We still need a valid oncologist prescription. Mutation testing is a medical decision — we do not start EGFR inhibitors from a pharmacy search alone.
